Welcome to Bachelor Question Bank (“the App”, “we”, “our”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. The service

The App provides TU bachelor-level past papers, notices, study tools, and related educational content for students in Nepal. Features may differ between Android and iOS versions, including how payments are handled.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid phone number and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not share, sell, or misuse access to premium or locked content.

3. Content & uploads

• PDFs and posts you upload must be lawful and relevant to education.
• We may review, reject, or remove content that violates these terms.
• You retain ownership of what you upload but grant us a licence to host and display it in the App.

4. Free vs premium content

Past papers from 2077 BS and earlier are free to read in the App. Newer papers (2078 BS and onwards) are locked behind one of the following: a PRO subscription (monthly, 3-month or yearly), a one-time per-PDF purchase, or a topic package. The free/premium threshold may be adjusted by us in the future and will be communicated in-app.

5. Payments

• Android: Payments are completed inside the App via a QR-based flow (eSewa, Khalti or bank transfer). You upload a screenshot of your payment receipt and we verify it within minutes.
• iOS: Payments are not handled inside the App. To upgrade, you tap a locked item and we open a secure checkout page on our website in your browser. After paying, you return to the App and the content unlocks automatically once we approve the payment.
• All prices are displayed before you pay. Refunds are handled case-by-case via bachelorquestionbank@gmail.com.
• We have removed the older GOLD / DIAMOND tiers. Existing GOLD / DIAMOND subscriptions continue to honor PRO-level access until they expire.

6. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob. Ads may appear for non-premium users on Android. Rewarded ads may unlock limited free features as described in the App. The iOS version does not display ads inside locked-PDF screens.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute content without permission
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, ads, or security controls
• Harass other users or post spam in feeds or chat
• Use the App for any illegal purpose

8. Disclaimer

Content is provided for study purposes “as is”. We do not guarantee exam outcomes, accuracy of every PDF, or uninterrupted service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time — see our Delete Account page.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
